CHANGES IN THE SENSORY SYSTEM
Changes in taste may arise as a consequence of oncological disease, neurological disease, diabetes, advanced age, or as a result of taking certain medication. Taste disorders are known as dysgeusia.
DMB®, approved by EFSA as a novel food, is the active ingredient in TasteCare®. DMB® is extracted from the pulp of a fruit of the Synsepalum dulcificum species, which binds to the receptors in the mouth, neutralising acidity and achieving a taste-transforming effect.
Features
• Improves the palatability of food.
• Encourages food intake, helping to meet nutritional needs.
• Helps preserve eating habits.
The result is a SENSORY MODIFICATION that transforms the perception of taste.
1. Before each meal, suck one tablet, sliding it around the entire oral cavity until it dissolves completely. Do not chew.
2. Wait one minute for it to reach maximum effectiveness.
3. Eat any food and experience the effects of the sensory supplement.
The effect of TasteCare® lasts for 1 hour; after this time, the previous sensation returns.
