No-questions-asked returns
Saúde em Sua Casa - Edir Sousa, Lda cares about the satisfaction of its customers and wants you to feel completely satisfied with your order. Therefore, if for any reason it is not possible, you can return it without any embarrassment.
Upon receipt of the order, you must ensure that the products received after purchase in our store are in conformity with your order in all respects.
You have 14 days from the date of receipt to exercise your right of return.
The circumstances that may give rise to a return:*
A - The product doesn't satisfy you:
A.1. You can return it via your courier to the following address:

A.2. The product must be in perfect condition, in its original packaging and must be returned in the same way as it was received.
Shipping and collection costs in the event of a return will always be the responsibility of the customer.
For hygiene reasons, all single-use products and/or products that could jeopardize their reuse, such as massage oils, moisturizers and the like that have been used, cannot be returned.
B - Product with original defect:
As soon as Saúde em Sua Casa - Edir Sousa, Lda. receives the defective product, it will send a replacement. In this case, the exchange will be for an item of the same reference.
Saúde em Sua Casa - Edir Sousa, Lda. will pay the return and reshipment costs.
