STRUCTURE:

Outer frame made of pickled steel tube 60*20*20*1.2 mm, enamelled in silver thermosetting epoxy.
Articulated inner frame made of cold-rolled steel tube 30*30*1 mm, enamelled in silver thermosetting epoxy, allowing five different positions.

SLATS:

24 transverse slats in natural plywood, 38 mm wide by 8 mm thick, curved and properly selected with non-slip aluminium sheet, mounted on dual oscillating Hytrel supports, allowing the slats to adapt to different body weights.
PVC tensioners, hardness regulator with double sheet in the central area for lumbar reinforcement, adjustable in intensity according to user comfort.
Slats connected to the articulated inner frame by means of Hytrel beams (last-generation elastomer, non-deformable through use), self-pivoting.

FINISH:

Degreasing and anti-corrosion pre-treatment through phosphate washing.
Epoxy-polyester paint in grey, baked at 190º.
4 round leg plates of 50 (metric 10).
“German” electric motor with TÜV certificate attached to the base by reinforced joints in round and rectangular steel tube, with built-in control and a safety system to return to the “0” state in the event of power loss.

INFINITE DIFFERENT POSITIONS:

• 5 articulated planes with wired remote control, with the lumbar plane fixed, which in turn incorporates double slats and sliders for firmness adjustment.
• Independent articulation activation via a wired remote control.
