OPTIFIBRE Flora is a unique combination of soluble 100% fiber of plant origin and the probiotic Lactobacillus rhamnosus GG.

Vegetable fiber 100% (Partially Hydrolyzed Guar Gum) helps to reduce the duration of diarrhea by decreasing the frequency of defecation and increasing stool consistency.

The probiotic Lactobacillus rhamnosus GG contributes to increasing the number of beneficial bacteria in the intestine such as Lactobacillus and Bifidobacteria and therefore helps to restore the intestinal flora in the long term.

It has no taste, texture or smell, so it's very easy to include in your daily routine, adding it to liquids or food (yogurt, dessert...).
