What it's for:

Used to relieve pain caused by trauma, bruising, falls or distortions or in cryotherapy treatments. It can also be used to relieve muscle fatigue.

How to apply:

Shake before use and apply evenly from a distance of 20cm and no more than 3/4 seconds, repeating this operation 3/4 times at short intervals. Do not apply too close to the skin or for too long to avoid frostbite. The cold spray should not be applied if the person is ill or has physical problems.
