Made of velvet on both sides and reinforced with a polyethylene core lined with plastazote. The adjustment strap fits around the forearm and closes on itself, adjusting according to the pressure exerted on the elastic wristband with hook closure. The cushion is made of molded foam. It is designed to provide selective compression, allowing the tendon to pass through the channel in the pad, thus improving the cuff's performance. This reduces the overload on the muscle tendon, in turn reducing pain.
