STRUCTURE:

External frame made of 60*20*20*1'2 mm pickled steel tube enamelled in silver-coloured thermoset epoxy.
Hinged internal frame made of 30*30*1 mm cold-rolled steel tube enamelled in silver thermoset epoxy, allowing five different positions.

BLADES:

24 transverse slats made of 38 mm wide by 8 mm thick natural plywood curved and properly selected with non-slip aluminum foil, mounted on the double oscillating Hytrel support, allowing the slats to adapt to different body weights.
PVC tensioners, hardness regulator with double sheet in the central area for lumbar reinforcement, adjustable in intensity according to the user's comfort.
Sheets connected to the hinged internal frame by means of self-pivoting Hytrel beams (the latest generation of elastomer that cannot be deformed by use).

FINISHING:

Degreasing and anti-corrosion pre-treatment for phosphate washing.
Grey epoxy-polyester paint baked at 190º.
4 plates for the 50 round leg (metric 10).
TÜV-certified "German" electric motor attached to the platform by reinforced joints in round and rectangular steel tubes, with built-in control and safety system to return it to "0" in the event of a loss of power.

INFINITE DIFFERENT POSITIONS:

• 5 articulated planes with cable remote control, the lumbar plane being fixed, which in turn incorporates double slats and sliders for firmness adjustment.
• Independent articulation via a wired remote control.
