Philadelfia Orliman Cervical Collar

• Orthosis consisting of two parts, anterior and posterior, made of plastazote, with rigid thermoplastic reinforcements and Velcro side fasteners.
• Designed at the top to make full contact with the lower part of the head and with occipito-mentonian support.
• Its lower part rests laterally on the shoulders, anteriorly on the manubrium of the sternum and posteriorly up to D5.
• It has an anterior hole for tracheostomy.
• X-rays can be taken without removing the device.

Indications

• Severe trauma with vertebral fractures, post-operative protection, metastases.
• Indicated for high cervical lesions C1-C2.
